Candidates must hold a relevant degree, have 9‑14 years of CRM experience with 6+ years on Salesforce, and possess active Salesforce certifications or the ability to obtain them.
What you’ll do
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements
- Translate business needs into Salesforce solutions
- Lead technical design sessions and documentation
- Provide oversight and governance of projects
- Enforce coding standards and conduct code reviews
- Manage custom development, integrations, data migration
- Maintain target billable utilization
- Debug and troubleshoot complex issues
- Participate in pre-sales activities and POCs
- Travel to client sites 50-75% of time
What you’ll bring
- Degree or equivalent experience required
- 9-14 years CRM experience, 6+ on Salesforce
- Expert knowledge of Salesforce product suite
- Strong systems architecture and scalability design
- Experience with API, SAML, SSO, OAuth integration
