About the role

Senior Security Architect at Nokia leading product security for AI‑augmented cloud‑native applications. Designs secure, scalable solutions using Python, Django, PostgreSQL, Angular, React.js on Azure. Leverages AI tools to translate stakeholder needs into user stories, architecture diagrams, and code scaffolds. Builds PoCs, guides developers, and mentors teams on AI‑powered design and coding. Drives architectural governance, ensuring compliance with security regulations and industry standards. Experienced in SDLC, Agile, SAFe, DevOps CI/CD, microservices, containers, Kubernetes, and observability tools. Passionate about shaping secure, future‑ready products in a hybrid work environment.

What you’ll do

• Engage stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements
• Collaborate with product managers, regulatory teams, global engineering
• Ensure architecture meets security and regulatory standards
• Use AI tools to convert requirements into user stories and designs
• Design system architecture with Python, Django, PostgreSQL, Angular, React.js, Azure
• Develop workflow, sequence diagrams, architecture docs with AI assistance
• Create AI‑generated code scaffolding for backend and frontend
• Build independent PoCs to validate complex ideas
• Guide developers on architectural decisions and patterns
• Lead technical direction in cloud‑native application design
• Mentor team on AI for design, documentation, coding

What you’ll bring

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecom, CS, or equivalent
• 10–15 years system architecture, backend/frontend or cloud app development
• Strong Python, Django, PostgreSQL, REST API expertise
• AI tools for design, documentation, diagramming, code generation
• Prior System Architect, Design Architect, or Technical Lead
• Excellent SDLC, Agile, SAFe knowledge
• Angular, React.js, Azure Cloud components experience
• Microservices, containers, Kubernetes, security regs, DevOps CI/CD on Azure
• Rapid PoC creation using AI‑generated backend/frontend
• Observability, logging, monitoring tools familiarity

• Knowledge of security regulations and compliance frameworks
