Senior Integration Developer

About the role

Integration/Automation team at ServiceTitan builds enterprise-class integration and automation workflows using Workato and MuleSoft. The Senior Integration Developer designs, develops, tests, and deploys integrations across ServiceTitan, Workday, Salesforce, and ERP systems, leads AI‑powered integration projects, monitors integration health, and drives technical architecture. Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, on-site (3 days onsite).

What you’ll do

• Design and develop end‑to‑end integrations using Workato and MuleSoft
• Create technical specifications and perform unit/system testing
• Monitor integration health, error handling, and alerts
• Lead integration projects with third‑party vendors
• Develop AI‑powered workflows leveraging OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Vertex AI
• Collaborate with stakeholders on requirements and architecture
• Maintain integration documentation and data reconciliation processes
• Participate in platform upgrades and enterprise architecture forums
