About the role

The Global Delivery Custody PCC team is building a central support group for the Payments, Cash, and Custody strategic development program, a multi-year effort to modernize State Street's core custody technology platforms. This Business Manager/Officer provides business management support to leadership by preparing dashboards, scorecards, and management reports, coordinating governance forums and leadership reviews, and supporting workforce planning, budget tracking, and financial reporting. The role partners across Operations, Technology, Finance, HR, and Risk to drive strategy execution, client migrations, and continuous improvement. Location: Pune.

What you’ll do

Prepare business dashboards, scorecards, presentations and management reports.
Coordinate governance forums, leadership reviews, action logs and follow-up items.
Support workforce planning, headcount reporting and organizational analytics.
Assist with budget tracking, expense monitoring and financial reporting.
Coordinate strategic, transformation and process-improvement initiatives.
Support risk, audit and regulatory action tracking and reporting.
Partner with Operations, Technology, Finance, HR and Risk stakeholders.
Identify opportunities to improve reporting quality, processes and efficiency.

What you’ll bring

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related field.
5-10 years of experience in financial services, operations, business management, analytics or project coordination.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to create clear management information.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver accurately within deadlines.

Nice to have

Experience in custody, asset servicing, banking operations or another financial-services environment.
Exposure to workforce reporting, governance, project management or financial analysis.
Working knowledge of Power BI or comparable reporting tools.
Awareness of operational risk and control frameworks.
