About the role

IQVIA seeks a Salesforce Effectiveness Consultant in Bangalore, India, to deliver and manage ad-hoc research requests for pharma and life sciences clients. Day-to-day work includes conducting desk research, performing quantitative analysis using IQVIA data assets, developing storyboards, leading strategic projects (e.g., market assessments, competitive intelligence, digital roadmaps, brand and portfolio strategies), and managing client accounts and stakeholders. The role also supports business development, drives process improvements leveraging AI tools and automation, and delivers internal training.

What you’ll do

Conduct in-depth desk research to develop a comprehensive understanding of target markets, companies, or opportunities
Gather information through secondary research and IQVIA data sources based on client-specific requirements
Integrate qualitative and quantitative data and present the analysis in a structured manner; bring out value-added insights to the clients
Lead strategic projects for pharma and life sciences companies, including EBPs, covering opportunity assessment, disease and market landscape analysis, competitive intelligence, analog benchmarking, d
Ensure high-quality outputs with minimal supervision; proactively identify risks/issues and escalate as needed
Function as a project lead, assuming ownership of assigned client account, be the main point of contact for client/internal stakeholder, prioritize workflow, oversee the quality of the deliverables, n

Build and maintain strong client/stakeholder relationships

What you’ll bring

Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Life Sciences from a recognized premier institute
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Consulting, or Professional Services Outsourcing organizations
Strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data with strong analytical and structured thinking skills to generate actionable insights
Expertise in designing research approaches, leveraging cross-IQVIA resources, and extracting key learnings aligned with client objectives
Skilled in managing client expectations and communications independently
Excellent communication and presentation skills, including PowerPoint, for global stakeholder interactions
Highly detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and adaptable under pressure to deliver high-quality work
