Manager, Record to Report - General Ledger

About the role

The R2R Manager leads global accounting operations across General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Lease Accounting, Intercompany, and Tax-related processes within a multi-entity, multi-region environment. Day-to-day responsibilities include strategic ownership of the financial close cycle, tax compliance, transformation leadership, and governance, while driving process excellence, automation, regulatory compliance, and team development at scale. The role also involves preparing and finalizing financial statement packages, ensuring accurate and timely reporting to internal and external stakeholders, and aligning outputs with global accounting standards and business objectives. Based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, this is a full-time position.

What you’ll do

• Lead global accounting operations across General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Lease Accounting, Intercompany, and Tax-related processes
• Drive strategic ownership of the financial close cycle, tax compliance, transformation leadership, and governance across multi-entity and multi-region environments
• Drive process excellence, automation, regulatory compliance, and team development at scale
• Prepare and finalize financial statement packages
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting to internal and external stakeholders
• Align outputs with global accounting standards and business objectives

What you’ll bring

• Commerce Graduate or Masters (B. Com, M. Com) or CA Inter (IPCC)
• 10+ years of experience in accounting and R2R operations
• Proficiency in MS Dynamics, PeopleSoft, or SAP
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Knowledge of US GAAP/IFRS
• Familiarity with SOX and ISO standards
• Experience leading global accounting operations across General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Lease Accounting, Intercompany, and Tax processes
• Ability to drive process excellence, automation, and regulatory compliance at scale
