About the role

Treasury Management Systems team at Apollo India Services LLP manages the Kyriba platform to streamline cash, payments, and treasury operations. The Associate Director leads platform administration, configures payment factories, integrates banking connectivity, and drives enhancements while collaborating with global Treasury and technology teams. Mumbai, India, on-site, 8+ years Kyriba experience required.

What you’ll do

• Partner with Treasury Ops to translate requirements into Kyriba configurations
• Administer, configure, and manage Kyriba across Dev, UAT, Production
• Produce technical specs and design artifacts for new features
• Develop and execute test plans and integration scripts
• Investigate and resolve production issues and manage deployments
• Monitor daily payment queues and ensure timely processing
• Co-own platform lifecycle including upgrades and vendor coordination
• Act as Business Analyst on future Treasury technology projects

What you’ll bring

• 8+ years Kyriba platform experience
• Deep knowledge of Kyriba payment factory
• Bank connectivity setup (SWIFT, SFTP, MT940)
• GL reconciliation and cash accounting modules
• Building Kyriba interfaces (API, flat files)
• Familiarity with ISO 20022 payment formats
• Agile delivery experience
• SQL for data analysis
