About the role

Barclays Capital Securities HR Leadership team drives people strategy for Private Banking and Investment Banking in India. The HR Lead partners with senior executives to deliver HR projects, organisational design, talent reviews, D&I strategy and succession planning while managing stakeholder relationships and risk mitigation. Mumbai, On-site, Full-time, senior role with relocation assistance available.

What you’ll do

Partner with CEO Private Banking and Head of Investment Banking to deliver People Plan
Lead HR projects including organisational design, talent reviews, and D&I initiatives
Manage project artefacts, risks, and stakeholder communications
Drive continuous improvement and governance across HR processes
