About the role

Executive Recruiting Group leads strategic institutional engagement and program development for national industrial initiatives. The Chief Institutional Strategy & Program Development Officer designs and executes engagement strategies, advises senior leadership on regulatory impacts, and oversees public positioning and communications. Works cross‑functionally to develop complex programs, manage stakeholder relationships, and secure funding, based in New Delhi and Hyderabad with a hybrid work model.

What you’ll do

• Develop and execute institutional engagement strategies aligned with national and regional industrial plans
• Advise senior leadership on legislative and regulatory developments
• Shape public positioning and corporate messaging, overseeing media relations
• Lead cross‑functional teams in program development and market strategy execution
• Conduct market analysis, assess commercial viability, and manage risk
