About the role
Technology Strategy & Transformation team at Accenture focuses on helping enterprise clients adopt AI-native software delivery. The Manager leads discovery workshops, designs end‑to‑end agentic AI solutions, assesses data maturity, and drives change management to realize measurable value. Role based in Bangalore, Gurugram, Mumbai, Pune, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad with on‑site work model.
What you’ll do
- Lead cross‑functional solution definition across business, architecture, data, and engineering teams
- Develop value frameworks and executive business cases for Agentic AI
- Manage senior stakeholder relationships and communication
- Ensure traceability from business value to implementation
- Shape platform and model choices with client tech leadership
What you’ll bring
- 10+ years overall experience, including AI & data projects
- Lead discovery workshops with business stakeholders
- Design end‑to‑end agentic AI solutions for enterprise processes
- Assess enterprise data maturity, governance and technology readiness
- Drive business readiness and change management for AI transformation
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline
- MBA preferred
