About the role
eClerx Services seeks an Associate Process Manager in Mumbai to drive HR operational excellence and employee experience. The role involves partnering with operations teams, managing performance cycles, handling employee relations, and implementing retention strategies. This is an on-site position based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
What you’ll do
- Partner with Program Leaders and Operations teams to ensure HR & Ops alignment
- Support performance management processes, including calibration discussions
- Conduct employee pulse checks and drive issue resolution
- Investigate employee conduct cases and support disciplinary actions
- Monitor Performance Improvement Plans (PIP) and coaching interventions
- Drive attrition management initiatives and retention strategies
- Ensure seamless execution of the 90-day onboarding journey
- Maintain accurate HR trackers and generate reports for stakeholders
What you’ll bring
- MBA in HR
- 3+ years of experience as HRBP
Nice to have
- Proven ability to manage employee relations and handle grievances independently
- Strong stakeholder management skills to partner and influence business leaders
- Good analytical skills to interpret HR data and drive insights
- Effective communication skills for sensitive conversations
- Experience in performance management cycles including calibration and PIP management
