About the role

Udhyam Learning Foundation's Udhyam Shiksha program is on a mission to Make Bharat Entrepreneurial by embedding an Entrepreneurial Mindset Curriculum (EMC) in grades 9–12 across government high schools. As a Curriculum and Teacher Development Specialist embedded in the OPs team, you will work closely with state teams to adapt central curriculum design to local contexts, manage feedback loops between state machinery and central curriculum, and drive teacher training, support planning, and workshop facilitation. This is a contract role based in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India.

What you’ll do

  • Own the adaptation of central curriculum design for state context
  • Own the feedback loop between state machinery and central curriculum
  • Co-own alignment building and vetting processes with the state government
  • Own the alignment building processes on training and ongoing support design between state and central teams
  • Drive aspects like schedules and resource allocation in regards to teacher support for the state
  • Closely work with the ongoing support team to create and implement the support plan for teachers in the state
  • Facilitate MT and principal workshops and iterate designs as needed
  • Support the capacity building of internal team and observers

What you’ll bring

  • 2–3 years of experience working across curriculum writing, classroom observation, and training or facilitation
  • Ability to own adaptation of central curriculum design for state context
  • Ability to own the feedback loop between state machinery and central curriculum
  • Ability to co-own alignment building and vetting processes with the state government
  • Ability to own alignment building processes on training and ongoing support design between state and central teams
  • Ability to drive schedules and resource allocation for teacher support in the state
  • Ability to closely work with the ongoing support team to create and implement teacher support plans
  • Knowledge of Hindi (speak and read) or local language
