Sr Product Designer

About the role

Kantata is seeking a Sr Product Designer to join the Kantata OX Product Management team, which manages the roadmap for the OX product portfolio. Day-to-day, you will lead application page and workflow design, conduct user research, create wireframes and prototypes, and collaborate closely with product managers, content designers, and engineers to deliver innovative, on-brand, and accessible designs. The role is based in India and is fully remote.

What you’ll do

• Conduct user research, interviews, surveys, and usability tests to inform design decisions
• Create wireframes and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
• Design application pages, workflows, and content for new features and solutions
• Craft experiences reflecting complex access control and role-based interfaces
• Create and maintain scalable design systems for consistency across products
• Collaborate cross-functionally with PMs, engineers, QA, and marketing teams
• Balance user-level customization vs. system-wide configuration
• Communicate design decisions using usage metrics, user feedback, and stakeholder narratives

What you’ll bring

• Strong creative and design skills to translate complex customer requirements into designs and flows
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD for wireframing and prototyping
• Background in enterprise SaaS solutions
• Professional Services domain knowledge and understanding of PSA processes
• Experience working with Salesforce in a technical or administration capacity
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to pick up new technology and functional concepts quickly
• Strong demonstration skills to tell a compelling story and explain design theories
