About the role

Fam’s Quality Engineering team builds the internal developer platform that powers the next‑generation fintech app. The Tech Lead Manager designs reusable testing frameworks, drives automation in CI/CD pipelines, and mentors a small team of engineers to embed quality into every release. Based in Bengaluru, the role is on‑site with full‑time commitment and offers relocation assistance.

What you’ll do

Lead and coach a small team of framework engineers
Architect and develop reusable testing frameworks (unit, regression, integration, performance, load)
Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines
Build and scale mock services, test data management, and environment simulators
Drive automation-first culture and establish best practices
Collaborate with engineering leads, product managers, and architects
Mentor engineers on design and critical implementations
Stay current with industry trends and bring innovations
