Based in Hyderabad with options in Bangalore, Pune, and Gurgaon, the role offers a hybrid work model with significant client travel (50-75%).

What you’ll do

• Define requirements and deliverables with client stakeholders
• Design and integrate scalable AI-driven Salesforce architectures
• Lead technical design sessions and document solutions
• Govern code quality and enforce AI-assisted development standards
• Manage custom development, integrations, and data migrations
• Oversee team performance and billable utilization
• Provide technical enablement and upskilling on AI tools
• Collaborate with global delivery teams across time zones

What you’ll bring

• 12-18 years CRM experience
• 10+ years Salesforce platform experience
• Active Salesforce certifications or ability to obtain
• Proven leadership of technical teams
• Experience with AI tools and generative AI solutions
• Extensive integration experience (APIs, ETL)
• Travel 50-75% to client sites
• Ability to mentor and upskill team
