About the role

Amazon's Centralized Timekeeping (CTK) team streamlines time and attendance data entry, reduces payroll defects, and delivers high service levels for thousands of Amazon Associates. As a Time and Attendance Operations Administrator, you will manage employee time records and serve as the first point of contact for employees, managers, and HR partners across multiple facilities. Day-to-day work includes resolving time and attendance and HR inquiries via phone and chat, performing accurate data entry, maintaining service case records, and applying attendance policies while ensuring compliance with state and federal laws. This full-time role is based in a virtual location in India.

What you’ll do

Resolve employee inquiries about time and attendance and HR queries through phone and chat support
Ensure accurate and timely data entry for attendance management
Maintain detailed records in the service case management system
Apply Amazon's attendance policies while ensuring compliance with state and federal laws
Address HR queries using standard operating procedures and documentation
Take full ownership of employee cases from initial contact to resolution
Document process gaps and suggest service improvements
Contribute to team initiatives for service enhancement while maintaining a strong focus on customer service

What you’ll bring

6+ months of human resources experience, or 6+ months of customer service experience, or 6+ months of experience at Amazon
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
6+ months of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications, especially Excel
Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel
Experience working in confidential environments
Ability to communicate clearly in English through verbal and written channels

Nice to have

1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
