Senior Technical Consultant - Network Cloud

About the role

Network Cloud team at AHEAD designs, automates, and deploys networking and security solutions across AWS, Azure, and GCP. The Senior Technical Consultant leads architecture, automation with Terraform, and client workshops while mentoring junior staff. Remote work from India, with flexible arrangements and occasional travel for client engagements.

What you’ll do

• Lead design, deployment, and automation of public cloud networking solutions
• Serve as technical escalation point and resolve incidents with vendor support
• Communicate project status to stakeholders and project managers
• Conduct client workshops and develop assessment and design deliverables
• Maintain and report travel, expense, and time tracking per AHEAD policies
• Mentor less experienced team members through training and on-the-job guidance
• Stay current with certifications, training, and conferences
• Represent AHEAD professionally with clients and partners

What you’ll bring

• 10+ years consulting experience
• Degree in Information Technology or equivalent
• Expert-level certifications (CCIE Enterprise Infrastructure, AWS Network Specialty, etc.)
• Advanced knowledge of network security, data center networking, and SDN
• Proficiency with Terraform for multi-cloud provisioning
• Strong consulting and client communication skills
• Leadership experience in technical networking projects
• Ability to mentor and train team members
