About the role

Technology as a Business unit at Bajaj Finance builds enterprise‑grade digital platforms that serve millions of users across Android, iOS and Web. The Deputy Unit Manager will develop and maintain full‑stack applications, integrate Python‑based AI services, and ensure high performance and security in a POD‑based delivery model. Based in Pune, on‑site work required.

What you’ll do

• Develop and maintain frontend applications using Angular/React
• Build backend services with Node.js or Java Spring Boot
• Create and integrate REST APIs and microservices
• Implement AI/ML features via existing AI services/APIs
• Ensure code quality, perform unit testing and code reviews
• Participate in sprint planning, stand‑ups, and retrospectives
• Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment validation
• Debug and resolve issues across the full stack

What you’ll bring

• 3‑4 years full‑stack development experience
• Proficiency with Angular or React for frontend
• Experience with Node.js or Java Spring Boot for backend
• Basic Python scripting and AI/ML service integration
• Design and implementation of RESTful APIs
• SQL/NoSQL database handling
• CI/CD pipeline experience (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab)
• Agile POD team collaboration
