Senior Technical Consultant – Shift Lead (Entra Apps Tenant Migration)

About the role

Entra Apps Factory Shift Lead at Kyndryl. Leads 24x7 shift technical delivery for tenant‑to‑tenant migration of enterprise applications, managing backlogs, runbooks, and evidence capture to ensure seamless cutovers. Works across Hyderabad, Bangalore, Pune, Chennai and Greater Noida in a hybrid model with on‑site days as required.

What you’ll do

• Lead execution of Entra Apps migration/runbooks during shift
• Own triage of application access failures post‑migration
• Coordinate recreation and validation of app registrations and secrets
• Manage cross‑tenant access considerations and governance
• Maintain shift backlog and prioritize by business criticality
• Capture evidence for audit and ensure crisp handovers
• Collaborate with Devices/Power Platform teams to resolve dependencies
• Drive continuous improvement of runbooks and templates

What you’ll bring

• Production tenant‑to‑tenant Entra Apps remediation experience
• Hands‑on Microsoft Entra ID application constructs
• Secrets/certificates lifecycle management
• Conditional access and cross‑tenant settings expertise
• Runbook discipline and evidence capture in audited environments
• Ability to lead in a 24x7 three‑shift model
