About the role

Photon Group seeks a UI Production Designer to craft engaging interfaces for web and mobile applications. The role involves collaborating with cross‑functional teams in an Agile environment to design screens, components, and prototypes that meet business and user needs. Responsibilities include maintaining design systems, creating mockups, iterating on UI solutions, and ensuring accessibility compliance. Candidates should bring 6‑8+ years of UI design experience, strong skills in Figma and Miro, and a solid understanding of mobile, responsive, and Android design patterns. Proficiency in prototyping, accessibility standards (WCAG/AODA), and Agile processes is essential. A portfolio showcasing past projects and an undergraduate degree in Human‑Computer Interaction or Graphic/Digital Design are preferred. The position is based in Chennai, India, and offers a full‑time, on‑site opportunity within a global digital modernization team.

What you’ll do

Create UI screens, components for web & mobile
