Consultant: Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Advisor, Infectious Diseases

About the role

Lead design, implementation and management of monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning systems for a private provider‑led TB preventive treatment project in India. Responsibilities include developing MEL frameworks, integrating digital health platforms, building dashboards, conducting evaluations, ensuring data quality, and disseminating evidence to stakeholders.

What you’ll do

• Design MEL framework aligned with NTEP guidelines
• Integrate data flows across Ni‑kshay, TB Arogya Saathi and project MIS
• Develop real‑time KPI dashboards
• Conduct baseline, midterm and end‑line evaluations
• Ensure data quality through DQA visits

What you’ll bring

• MBBS
• MD in Preventive and Social Medicine

Nice to have

• 6+ years M&E health programs in India
• Experience with TB or communicable disease control
