About the role
The Associate role within Bank of America's Global Business Services (BA Continuum India Private Limited) supports the Commercial Sales Presentation team by partnering with Global Commercial Banking to deliver curated research on companies, industries, and macroeconomic themes. Day-to-day work involves conducting in-depth financial and industry analysis, synthesizing large data volumes into insight-driven pitchbooks and analytical outputs, and executing time-sensitive, ad-hoc research assignments to help bankers prepare compelling pitch materials. The role is based in Hyderabad or Mumbai with an in-office culture and a shift of 12:30 pm to 9:30 pm.
What you’ll do
- Deliver high-quality pitchbooks and analytical outputs within tight timelines and banker-driven deadlines
- Execute time-sensitive and ad-hoc research assignments as business needs arise
- Conduct sophisticated company, industry, and financial analysis to support banker requirements
- Synthesize large volumes of data into clear, concise, and insight-driven presentations
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across commercial banking
What you’ll bring
- MBA Finance or Commerce Graduate (preferably)
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
- Excellent written communication skills
- High-level reading comprehension skills
- Strong knowledge of financial statements and industry indicators/ratios
- Understanding and reproducing economic/financial information
