About the role

The Senior Business Systems Analyst translates stakeholder needs into detailed UI and API requirements, creates test cases, and validates solutions in an Agile environment. Bangalore, India, remote work model, relocation assistance available.
What you’ll do
- Gather and document functional and non-functional requirements
- Translate requirements into user stories and technical specs for UI and APIs
- Develop process flows, use cases, and system documentation
- Facilitate story grooming and collaborate with developers and QA
- Create and execute test cases, perform functional and regression testing
- Validate UI behavior, data flows, and API responses
- Support UAT by preparing scenarios and assisting business users
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years Business Systems Analyst experience
- Hybrid BA/QA background
- Proficiency with REST APIs and data flows
- SQL query and data validation skills
- Jira and Confluence expertise
- Strong analytical and documentation abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication
