Agentic Product Manager

About the role

Agentic Product Manager on Netomi's AI platform team, the leading agentic AI solution for enterprise customer experience. Leads discovery with enterprise customers, designs and architects large‑scale AI‑driven workflows, creates integration blueprints, and guides deployments across SaaS and AI platforms. Works closely with CSMs, engineers, QA, and product to ensure end‑to‑end success, providing training and continuous improvement. Gurugram, Remote, hybrid optional, relocation assistance available.

What you’ll do

• Lead discovery sessions to understand business processes and automation opportunities
• Design detailed solution blueprints including workflows, data exchanges, escalation logic, and analytics
• Define end‑to‑end agentic AI architectures covering intents, actions, tools, and integration points
• Create integration design documents and support engineers during implementation
• Ensure compliance with security, reliability, audit, and governance standards
• Collaborate with product and engineering to translate requirements into features
• Act as product owner during deployment, managing priorities and acceptance criteria
• Validate solution behavior with QA and guide testing plans

What you’ll bring

• 6-10 years experience in solutions architecture or implementation consulting for enterprise SaaS/AI platforms
• Designing complex workflows and integrations across enterprise systems
• Gathering requirements and translating them into technical specifications
• Customer‑facing consulting with strong communication and facilitation skills
• Understanding of REST APIs, event‑driven systems, and data flows

Nice to have

Background in conversational AI, agentic AI, RPA, automation, CRM/ticketing, or LLM‑based products
