About the role
Vertiv India is seeking a passionate Talent Acquisition Partner to lead recruitment initiatives and redefine the landscape of talent acquisition. The role involves sourcing, recruiting, screening, interviewing, and recommending external and internal candidates for all-level jobs, utilizing employment agencies and placing ads across internet and print media. The analyst ensures accurate records and reports are maintained across all phases of the recruitment process. Based in Pune, India.
What you’ll do
- Source, recruit, screen, interview, and recommend external and/or internal candidates for all level jobs
- Utilize the services of employment agencies
- Place employment ads in appropriate sources, including the Internet and print media
- Ensure maintenance of accurate and concise records and reports concerning all phases of the recruitment process
What you’ll bring
- Minimum 4 to 7 years of progressive recruiting experience
- Strong exposure in head hunting
- Strong exposure in passive sourcing
- Strong exposure in social media recruiting
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Proficiency with recruitment software
- Stakeholder management skills
- Strong presentation abilities and negotiation skills

Education
A master's degree or MBA related to Human Resource is preferred.
