About the role
Cloud CoE at EXL drives data‑led transformation for clients in insurance, healthcare, and finance. The Associate Consultant builds and manages Databricks workspaces on Azure and AWS, writes infrastructure‑as‑code with Terraform, Bicep and PowerShell, and ensures platform governance and security. Hybrid role based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, collaborating with developers and operations teams.
What you’ll do
- Configure and deploy Databricks workspaces on Azure and AWS using IaC
- Implement platform governance and access controls
- Collaborate with developers to gather requirements and deliver infrastructure solutions
- Develop and maintain code in Azure DevOps/GIT with Terraform, Bicep, PowerShell
- Apply Agile, Scrum, and CI/CD methodologies
- Manage security via Active Directory groups and permissions
- Support 24x7 systems during maintenance windows
- Design business continuity and disaster recovery plans
What you’ll bring
- High School Diploma/GED
- Bachelor of Science or Arts
- 3-5 years Databricks experience
- Cloud Services experience
- Git/DevOps proficiency
- Terraform and PowerShell scripting
- Infrastructure as Code expertise
- Agile Scrum and AI automation experience
