About the role
Technology Strategy & Transformation team at Accenture enables strategic clients to unlock business value from AI and Data. The Manager leads AI value assessments, designs enterprise AI & Data architectures, builds roadmaps and business cases, and drives data governance and responsible AI frameworks. Based in Bangalore, Gurugram, Mumbai, Pune, Chennai, Kolkata or Hyderabad with an on‑site work model.
What you’ll do
- Assess AI & Data potential and identify high‑value use cases
- Conduct data maturity and AI readiness assessments
- Design enterprise AI & Data architecture and platform strategy
- Develop AI roadmaps, business cases and value frameworks
- Establish data governance frameworks and quality standards
- Advise on responsible AI and regulatory compliance
- Manage budgeting, financial proposals and client engagements
- Lead C‑level stakeholder workshops and presentations
What you’ll bring
- MBA from a tier 1 institute preferred
- 5-7 years strategy consulting experience
- 3+ years AI use case identification and value diagnostics
- 3+ years designing enterprise AI & Data solutions on cloud platforms
- 3+ years leading teams and workshops
- Experience with data governance tools (Collibra, Talend, Informatica, etc.)
- Knowledge of IT & enterprise architecture concepts
- CDMP certification preferred
