About the role

Vanguard India Office focuses on AI, mobile, and cloud technologies to deliver world‑class client experiences. The Quality Assurance Engineer, Specialist provides advanced QA testing, builds automation frameworks, and conducts regression and stress tests to ensure product stability. Hyderabad, India, hybrid work model (3 days onsite).

What you’ll do

• Maintain and implement test automation strategy and frameworks
• Develop and execute manual end‑to‑end and exploratory test cases
• Conduct regression, stress and other advanced testing methods
• Analyze test results, assess database impacts and identify bugs
• Participate in design reviews providing QA insights
• Mentor less experienced staff and resolve elevated issues
• Research and recommend new testing technologies and trends
• Review software requirements to create comprehensive test scenarios

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years software quality assurance experience
• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT or related field (or Master’s)
• Mobile application testing on Android and iOS
• Automation testing using Appium, Selenium, TestNG
• API testing with Postman or Rest Assured
• Java programming for test automation
• Agile/Scrum development experience
• Strong defect tracking and root cause analysis
