Senior Associate - Salesforce Revenue Operations

About the role

Riveron seeks a Senior Associate to support the daily administration, configuration, and continuous improvement of its Salesforce environment. This hands-on role involves user management, data quality control, reporting, and end-user training while partnering with the Operations lead on cross-functional projects. The position is based in Bangalore, India, and operates on a remote work model.

What you’ll do

  • Support daily Salesforce administration including user setup, profiles, and permission sets
  • Monitor data quality through duplicate reviews, validation, and cleanup procedures
  • Provide responsive end-user support and troubleshoot ad hoc platform issues
  • Review and close out opportunities via QC Approval Team and verify accuracy in OpenAir
  • Monitor Pipeline Inbox for incoming requests and notify manager of concerns
  • Add new users, deactivate departing users, and update employee records
  • Fulfill reporting requests and build/maintain reports and dashboards
  • Assist with Salesforce training and facilitate user adoption sessions

What you’ll bring

  • 4 to 6 years of experience in Salesforce
  • Working knowledge of SFDC including reports, dashboards, and standard configuration
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data and documentation
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for non-technical users
  • Proven ability to work quickly and efficiently managing multiple priorities

Nice to have

  • Experience creating training materials and delivering user training
  • Salesforce Administrator certification
  • Experience partnering with operations, sales, or revenue teams
