About the role

CrowdStrike’s International Payroll team in Pune drives accurate, compliant payroll across EMEA/APAC/APJ. The SME manages payroll calculations, reconciles allocations, and delivers reports while ensuring legislative and quality standards. Working onsite in Kharadi, Pune, the role supports global payroll projects and vendor relationships, delivering high‑level service to internal stakeholders.

What you’ll do

Consolidate payroll data and perform calculations
Reconcile payroll allocations and ensure accuracy
Deliver payroll reports in requested formats
Activate payments per policies
Analyze process data for quality improvements
Implement process changes and RCA
Maintain vendor communications and performance
Engage stakeholders and manage expectations

What you’ll bring

Bachelor’s Degree
7‑12 years payroll experience in EMEA/APAC/APJ
Strong payroll systems knowledge
Workday, NetSuite, SQL/SAP experience
Detail‑oriented
Analytical
Knowledge of ESPP, STOCK, RSU
Ability to handle multiple country payrolls
