About the role

Dodge Construction Network seeks a Data Quality Engineering Lead to ensure master data content quality and develop systems that improve data integrity. Based in Kochi, this hybrid role involves defining quality strategies, leading QA teams, and implementing scalable automation within the software development lifecycle. The position reports directly to the VP of Engineering.

What you’ll do

Design and maintain scalable data quality automation
Implement test reporting and analytics solutions
Utilize AWS services for quality engineering
Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines
Define and govern quality strategy across product teams
Lead and mentor QA engineers and SDETs
Track and present quality KPIs to senior stakeholders

What you’ll bring

7+ years in software and quality engineering
3+ years leading data quality engineering
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Proficiency in SQL
Proficiency in Python or R
Experience with Git for source control
QA automation experience on AWS or equivalent cloud platforms

Nice to have

Experience using AI development tools
Proficiency in Apache Spark (pyspark)
Experience with Great Expectations or Deequ
Familiarity with Jenkins
