What you’ll do
- Serve as engagement bridge between product and platform teams
- Intake, track and monitor support and deployment requests
- Coordinate release timelines and version deployments
- Maintain trackers for requests, risks and dependencies
- Facilitate status reviews and action-item closure
- Support AI consultation intake and coordination
- Plan and execute functional, regression and integration testing
- Ensure compliance with release governance and security
What you’ll bring
- Master's degree or Bachelor's
- 5-9 years total experience
Nice to have
- 4-5 years Salesforce automated testing
- Integration testing with REST/SOAP APIs
- Experience with Jira or Azure DevOps
- Proficiency in Provar or Selenium
- Strong Salesforce QA skills
