Senior UX Engineer

About the role

UX Design Team at Iris Software builds user-centered digital experiences for enterprise SaaS platforms. The Senior UX Engineer leads user research, creates journey maps and service blueprints, and designs high-fidelity prototypes in Figma and Adobe XD. Works on-site in Noida, collaborating with cross‑functional agile teams to evolve design systems and ensure accessibility compliance.

What you’ll do

• Conduct contextual inquiries, persona development, and usability testing
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity UI designs
• Define UX success metrics and link design improvements to business outcomes
• Collaborate with product and engineering to integrate designs into development
• Maintain and expand the design system for consistency across products

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years designing web and mobile applications
• Lead user research initiatives and translate findings into experience strategies
• Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD or similar tools
• Create journey maps, service blueprints, and workflow diagrams
• Collaborate in cross‑functional agile environments
• Contribute to and evolve design systems
• Design accessible experiences meeting WCAG standards
• Familiarity with front‑end technologies like HTML, CSS, and React

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Information Design, Interaction Design, Service Design, Psychology, or related field
