About the role

What you’ll do
- Support client onboarding across financing, sales, operations, and legal
- Prepare due diligence packages for client business reviews
- Manage issuance of client notices and pricing schedules
- Resolve margin discrepancies as liaison between clients and internal teams
- Maintain knowledge of Prime Services products and regulatory landscape
- Identify and escalate operational and reputational risks
- Contribute to development of risk controls
- Assist in AI-driven process automation projects
What you’ll bring
- 3-5 years operational workflow experience
- Familiarity with securities lending, margin oversight, derivatives clearing
- Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- Experience with Bloomberg or similar platforms
- Strong verbal and written communication
