Lead Software Engineer, ServiceNow WSD Solution

What you’ll do
- Lead design, delivery, and continuous improvement of the WSD module on ServiceNow
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define requirements and standards
- Mentor team members and guide offshore/onshore delivery models
- Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture, governance, and performance standards
- Provide status updates, risk identification, and mitigation plans
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years Software Engineering experience
- 5+ years hands‑on ServiceNow development and implementation
- Strong experience with ServiceNow Workplace Services Delivery (WSD)
- Experience with JavaScript, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture and integrations
- Experience leading ServiceNow projects and cross‑functional teams
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies
