About the role
Fund Accounting - Real Estate team at Citco provides end‑to‑end fund services for complex real‑estate structures. The Senior Fund Accountant prepares journal entries, analyzes general ledger and financial statements, performs variance, trend and flux analysis, and prepares work papers and budgets for property income and expenses. Telangana, India – Hybrid work model with on‑site collaboration as needed.
What you’ll do
- Post journal entries and maintain general ledger
- Analyze financial statements and perform variance, trend and flux analysis
- Prepare work papers, budgets and rent‑up calculations
- Collaborate with fund administration team on complex real‑estate structures
What you’ll bring
- 3-5 years accounting experience
- CA/ICWA/CMA qualification or equivalent
- Strong variance and trend analysis skills
- Experience in property or real‑estate accounting
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Knowledge of lease terminology and rent calculations
