About the role
IT Technical Analyst – Blue Yonder WMS at Cummins drives functional excellence for warehouse operations by configuring and supporting Blue Yonder/WMS solutions. The role translates operational needs into technical specifications, designs and implements system configurations, and troubleshoots production issues. Based in India, the analyst works on‑site with flexibility, collaborating with operations, IT development, and business stakeholders to deliver stable, scalable solutions.
What you’ll do
- Configure WMS locations, picking strategies, rules, and work templates
- Conduct root‑cause analysis for production issues
- Support SIT/UAT testing and validate end‑to‑end flows
- Maintain functional documentation and SOPs
- Develop MOCA scripts, DDA screens, and SQL queries
- Coordinate deployment with project teams
- Ensure compliance with IT policies and change management
- Collaborate with ERP/TMS specialists for data alignment
What you’ll bring
- 5-7 years experience with Blue Yonder/JDA/RedPrairie WMS
- Strong knowledge of WMS modules (Receiving, Inventory, Picking, Shipping)
- SQL query experience for data validation
- MOCA log interpretation
- Excellent communication skills
