Senior Specialist, GP CoE, S2C Operations

About the role

Group Procurement Center of Excellence (CoE) at LSEG drives digital transformation and operational excellence in source‑to‑contract processes. The Senior Specialist will facilitate e‑sourcing events and contract management using SAP Ariba and Oracle Fusion, automate workflows with Power Platform, and build Power BI dashboards for performance insights. Based in Bengaluru, India, this role is onsite with a hybrid work model as needed.

What you’ll do

• Facilitate upstream source‑to‑contract processes using SAP Ariba and Oracle Fusion
• Manage end‑to‑end e‑sourcing events and reverse auctions
• Create, administer, and maintain contracts in Oracle and DocuSign
• Develop automation solutions with Power Automate and Power Apps
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards for sourcing and contract metrics
• Ensure compliance, audit readiness, and reporting for procurement activities
• Collaborate with category managers, legal, and business teams

What you’ll bring

• 5-7 years e‑sourcing and contract lifecycle experience
• Hands‑on SAP Ariba or equivalent S2C platform
• Hands‑on Oracle Fusion procurement modules
• Proficiency with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
• Experience building Power BI reports
• Strong stakeholder management and communication
