About the role

At EY's Anaplan Practice, the Anaplan Senior Consultant delivers Anaplan solutions for clients by building models, handling data uploads, and applying functional business understanding. Day-to-day work includes estimating project tasks, eliciting client requirements, designing the application, completing design documentation, and conducting end-user training. The role is based in Bengaluru, KA, IN and operates in a hybrid work model.

What you’ll do

• Create Anaplan models and handle different data sets to upload them into Anaplan
• Participate in teams to estimate project tasks
• Elicit requirements from clients and design the application
• Complete design documentation and conduct end-user training
• Assist to conduct, document, and sign off business requirements with clients
• Assign user stories and assist in sprint planning
• Have direct discussions with clients to understand their needs and then design, develop, maintain, and elaborate planning models

What you’ll bring

• 4-8 years of hands-on modelling experience in Anaplan with exposure to a minimum of 3 end-to-end implementations
• 4+ years of strong background and experience in consulting roles focused on Sales Performance Planning, Supply Chain, or Financial Planning
• Certified Solution Architect in Anaplan is required
• Strong expertise and deep understanding of multi-dimensional modelling
• Familiarity with SCRUM/Agile
• Hands-on in MS Excel using advanced formulae to develop mock-ups for clients
• Ability to create Anaplan models, modules, lists, line items, subsets, and dashboards using best practices
• Ability to work effectively and resourcefully independently as well as part of the team

Nice to have

• MBA in Finance or Operations and Supply Chain is preferred
• Master Anaplanner Certification is a plus
• Exposure to Anaplan Optimizer, PlanIQ, Integration methods, and ALM within Anaplan
