Senior executive Surgery Coder : Mandatory 3+ Years of experience After Certification. Surgery Coder with 3+ years of multi-specialty outpatient surgery coding experience, including IVR and General Surgery. The role requires CPC certification, strong knowledge of injections/infusions, and familiarity with APC facility coding. Candidates must possess strong communication skills, computer proficiency, and be willing to attend mandatory in-office training.
What you’ll do
- Follow SOPs strictly
- Complete audits with quality
- Meet quality and production targets
- Follow project protocols
- Escalate issues, identify trends
- Update logs daily (productivity, clarification, etc.)
- Check with manager/TL for clarifications
- Respond to manager emails promptly
- Problem solving
- Ensure HIPAA/OIG compliance
What you’ll bring
- Life science/Paramedical Degree, CPC/CPMA certification, 3+ years coding experience
