About the role

Guidehouse Consulting helps clients transform their Salesforce ecosystems to drive business outcomes. The Business Analyst engages stakeholders to define success criteria, leads discovery sessions, and translates requirements into user stories and solution designs. Develops declarative Salesforce solutions, data models, integrations, and delivers training while collaborating with the project manager on scope and budget. Chennai, India, hybrid work model.

What you’ll do

• Engage customer stakeholders to define outcomes and success criteria
• Lead discovery and requirements refinement sessions
• Synthesize requirements into user stories and solution design documentation
• Perform fit‑gap analysis between Salesforce functionality and client needs
• Develop declarative Salesforce solutions and complex data models
• Create integrations and automate business processes
• Develop training curriculum and deliver user training
• Collaborate with Project Manager on scope, budget, and timeline

What you’ll bring

• BA/BS degree
• 5+ years IT systems development experience
• Current Salesforce Admin or App Builder certification
• US citizenship required
• Experience with AI tools
• Hybrid work environment
• Hands‑on declarative automation (Lightning Flow)
• Agile or Hybrid‑Agile methodology
