About the role

Infineon Technologies – Semiconductor Solutions team drives decarbonization and digitalization through power systems and IoT. As a Senior Staff Specialist, you will lead full‑stack UI/UX development, create high‑quality user‑centered designs, conduct research and testing, and ensure performance‑optimized front‑end code. Bangalore, Karnataka, India, on‑site work model, with collaboration across Scrum ceremonies and cross‑functional teams.

What you’ll do

• Create high‑quality UI/UX components aligned with project vision
• Develop design documentation, wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity designs
• Conduct user research, usability testing, A/B testing, and accessibility evaluations
• Iterate designs based on feedback and data insights
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to communicate design solutions
• Ensure front‑end code meets performance, speed, and security standards
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies and Jira‑based project management

What you’ll bring

• 10+ years building frontend applications with React and Angular
• Advanced expertise in React state management (Redux/RTK, Recoil, Zustand, Context+Hooks)
• Strong Angular experience with RxJS, Observables, and WebSocket integration
• Proficiency in CSS3, Material UI, HTML5, responsive layouts, and design systems
• Advanced JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript skills
• Experience with unit/integration testing (Jest, React Testing Library, Jasmine, Karma)
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, AWS cloud deployments, and RESTful API integration
