About the role

Consilio CLM Solutions team drives enterprise contract lifecycle management transformation using Sirion CLM. The Manager leads end‑to‑end solution architecture, designs scalable contract models, integrates with ERP/CRM systems, and mentors consultants. Gurgaon, India, on‑site role with global remote delivery expectations.

What you’ll do

• Own solution architecture for Sirion CLM implementations
• Define contract models, clause libraries, workflow orchestration, and compliance tracking
• Provide architectural oversight across discovery, design, build, test, and deployment phases
• Partner with sales on presales activities, solution design, and effort estimation
• Develop and maintain accelerators, data models, and integration patterns
• Establish governance standards and review mechanisms
• Mentor functional and technical consultants on best practices
• Act as trusted advisor to client leadership and drive roadmap planning

What you’ll bring

• 10+ years CLM or legal operations experience
• 5+ years Sirion CLM architecture or solutioning
• Proven enterprise‑scale CLM implementation delivery
• Experience with global clients and distributed teams
• Strong stakeholder engagement and presentation skills
• Ability to design integration architectures and APIs
• Familiarity with contract lifecycle, clause libraries, workflow design
• Experience in remote, globally distributed delivery model

Nice to have

• Sirion CLM certification or formal training
• Consulting or system integrator background
• Exposure to regulated industries (BFSI, Life Sciences, Energy, Telecom)
• Experience building reusable assets or practice frameworks
• Knowledge of Sirion Gen AI capabilities
