About the role

Sagility is a healthcare-focused BPM and technology services company that optimizes the member/patient experience across clinical, case management, member engagement, and analytics offerings. The Senior Executive-Clinical contributes to overall team performance and profitability by implementing action plans that improve and maintain client satisfaction. Day-to-day work includes processing claims, handling calls, mentoring and coaching new team members, monitoring call center metrics, and resolving complex scenarios while adhering to SLAs and quality standards. This is an on-site, full-time role based in Bangalore, India.

What you’ll do

Process claims, develop projects, and handle calls in accordance with process guidelines
Understand, interpret, and resolve different complex scenarios and assigned tasks
Adhere to SLAs and understand quality and auditing parameters
Meet assigned productivity goals, quality standards, and turnaround time (TAT)
Mentor and coach new team members based on requirements and act as a subject matter expert
Drive continuous improvement efforts by leading work streams related to call center metrics and monitoring tools
Drive individual, team, and department efficiency and productivity through effective metric management
Delegate and manage workloads and projects across functions within the organization

What you’ll bring

Any graduate or postgraduate degree, preferably with a science background
Nursing Certification (IRN)
2.5+ years of experience in the healthcare domain and a clinical-related field
Exceptional interpersonal, customer service, problem-solving, verbal and written communication, and conflict resolution skills
Proficiency with necessary technology, including computers, software applications, and phone systems
Ability to improve and transform team processes across functions within the organization
Strong coaching and leadership skills to develop and motivate employees toward improved performance
Ability to handle reporting, financial analysis (cost-effectiveness, cost-benefit, etc.), and budgeting

Nice to have

Experience with client relationship management is preferred
