What you’ll do

• Provide timely, high-quality client service
• Build strong client relationships
• Understand client needs, industry, GAAP/GAAS
• Demonstrate RSM US audit approach
• Perform audit procedures per methodology
• Identify risk and audit issues
• Research technical accounting issues
• Develop industry expertise
• Prepare audit reports and management letters
• Exercise professional skepticism and ethics
• Ensure documentation meets quality standards
• Collaborate with audit professionals
• Supervise and train associates
• Own tasks and deliverables
• Coordinate audit work plan and deliverables
• Leverage RSM US and Delivery Center capabilities
• Promote ongoing professional development
• Participate in cross-team projects
• Apply critical thinking and problem solving
• Oversee senior associates and associates

What you’ll bring

• Bachelors Commerce
• CA/ACCA/CPA qualified + 4-5 yrs experience
• 6+ yrs experience non-qualified
• Strong GAAP/GAAS accounting skills
• Strong multi-tasking & project management
• Excellent English communication

Nice to have

• Strong data analytics, advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Experience in Business Professional Services industry
