Godrej Industries Group (GIG) drives data‑centric transformation across its consumer, real‑estate, agriculture, financial services and chemicals businesses. The Senior Manager, Business Intelligence leads enterprise data architecture, builds Azure Synapse‑based platforms, designs ETL pipelines and Power BI solutions, and mentors a team of engineers and analysts. Based in Mumbai with flexible work options, the role partners with sales, marketing and finance leaders to deliver analytics, forecasting and data‑driven decision‑making.

What you’ll do

• Design and implement enterprise data warehouse, lake and CDP
• Own Azure Synapse performance, scalability and reliability
• Define data standards, integration patterns and governance
• Build scalable ETL pipelines and ensure data quality and lineage
• Develop Power BI dashboards and semantic models for senior leadership
• Drive analytics, forecasting and business insights for sales, marketing and finance
• Lead, mentor and grow a multidisciplinary data team
• Prioritize initiatives based on business impact and delivery timelines

What you’ll bring

• 10+ years data architecture and engineering experience
• Hands‑on Azure Synapse and cloud data platform expertise
• Proven ETL/ELT pipeline design and implementation
• Power BI dashboard development and semantic modeling
• Leadership of data engineering and BI teams
• Stakeholder partnership across sales, marketing and finance
• Integration experience with Salesforce and SAP
• Advanced analytics and forecasting delivery
