About the role

Finance, Legal, Distribution & IT team at RPG Life Sciences drives cost efficiency and inventory control. The Assistant General Manager leads cost analysis, budgeting, FP&A and inventory management, overseeing cost audits, fixed asset control and capex budgeting while collaborating with production and cross‑functional teams. Based in Mumbai (RPG House), on‑site role, 12‑15 years of experience required, CMA qualification essential.

What you’ll do

• Conduct day‑to‑day cost analysis and budgeting for RPGLS and subsidiaries
• Oversee inventory management and cost optimization recommendations
• Lead FP&A functions and prepare financial forecasts
• Manage fixed asset control, capex budgeting and asset accounting
• Collaborate with production and cross‑functional teams to improve efficiency

What you’ll bring

• CMA professional qualification
• 12+ years of experience in cost analysis and budgeting
• Proficiency in SAP
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Experience with inventory management and product costing
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
