About the role
Power Engineering Team at Rockwell Automation delivers advanced power solutions across proposals, application engineering, and lifecycle support. The Engineering Manager leads a large, multi‑disciplinary group in Noida and Pune, mentoring engineers, driving project execution from RFQ to delivery, and championing standardization and digital tools. Hybrid work model with onsite presence at least three days a week in India.
What you’ll do
- Lead and develop large engineering team across Noida and Pune
- Provide strategic direction for LV/MV MCCs, VFDs, starters and application engineering
- Drive project lifecycle from proposal to execution and customer handover
- Ensure deliverables meet standards, quality, schedule and cost targets
- Partner with global, regional, product and field teams to deliver outcomes
- Promote standardization, digital engineering and continuous improvement
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering discipline
- 18+ years electrical engineering experience
- 5+ years people leadership
- Hands‑on LV MCC, VFD, MV starter expertise
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, AutoCAD Electrical, CREO, EPLAN
