About the role

Production Engineering team at Flex builds and maintains manufacturing equipment for market‑leading brands. The Junior Engineer performs press testing, resolves technical issues, conducts routine maintenance, and prepares performance reports while collaborating with engineers and CFT teams. Bangalore, India, on‑site role.

What you’ll do

Perform tests on press machines
Identify and resolve technical issues
Conduct routine maintenance including cleaning, lubricating, and minor repairs
Adhere to safety regulations and protocols
Prepare reports on test results and equipment performance
Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and CFT team

What you’ll bring

3 to 5 years experience in mechanical or mechatronics engineering
Excellent communication skills
Team player with openness to learn
