About the role

Infopro Learning is building a multimedia design team to support a global enterprise client. The Senior Multimedia Designer creates visual assets, illustrations, and motion graphics for digital learning experiences, training videos, and interactive content. Responsibilities include designing graphics for eLearning, translating storyboards into visual designs, maintaining brand consistency, and producing illustration libraries. The role requires 4–9 years of experience in visual design, illustration, or motion graphics, a strong portfolio, and collaboration with instructional designers, developers, and media specialists. Candidates should be proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud tools (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere, Animate, InDesign) and may bring additional skills in Procreate, Sketchbook, storyboarding, and generative AI. The position is full‑time, onsite in Noida, India, and offers opportunities to work on large‑scale global learning programs.

What you’ll do

• Create graphics for digital learning: diagrams, infographics, UI, presentations.
• Translate storyboards into clear visual designs.
• Maintain visual consistency across learning programs.
• Design custom illustrations: characters, icons, environments.
• Develop storyboards and concept sketches for videos.
• Produce illustration libraries for learning modules.
• Create animated content and motion graphics for training videos.
• Edit video content: graphics, voiceover, audio.
• Apply animation principles for clear visual storytelling.
• Collaborate with instructional designers and developers.
• Translate storyboards into production-ready assets.
• Follow brand and visual standards.
• Deliver high-quality work within project timelines.

What you’ll bring

• 4–9 years experience in visual design, illustration, or motion graphics for digital media.
• Strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics, custom illustrations, or visual design assets.
• Proven ability to translate storyboards into production-ready assets.
• Collaborative experience with instructional designers, developers, and media specialists.

Nice to have

• Proficiency with Procreate or Sketchbook for digital illustration.
• Experience using storyboarding tools.
• Familiarity with generative AI tools for creative ideation.
